Yes. What you share in a session stays between you and your counsellor. The only exceptions we're bound by are extreme safety cases — imminent risk of harm to yourself, a child, or someone else. Outside of that, your story is held in trust.

No. Everyone is welcome. Our counselling is rooted in Christian faith and Scripture, and we'll be honest with you about that — but we will never pressure you, judge you, or turn you away for where you are on your spiritual journey. Many of our clients arrived unsure and left with more clarity.

Session fees are shared during your free 15-minute intake call so we can talk through the pathway and cadence that fits your situation. We also have reduced-fee places for those in financial hardship — never let cost be the reason you don't reach out.

Both work well. In person (in Lagos) tends to feel richer for the first few sessions, especially for couples and families. Online (via Zoom) is preferred by many working professionals, people outside Lagos, and anyone travelling. We meet you where you are, literally.

It depends entirely on what you're bringing. Some situations shift meaningfully in 4-6 sessions. Others benefit from a longer arc — months of steady work. We'll always be honest with you about what we're seeing and never keep you in sessions longer than you need.

Yes. Marriage counselling works best with both, but many people begin alone — for their own clarity, for the tools to communicate differently, or because a spouse isn't ready yet. That's a valid and often powerful place to start.

Your counsellor introduces themselves briefly, invites you to share what brought you in — in your own words, at your own pace — and then together you agree what to focus on and how often to meet. No pressure to have everything figured out. Just show up.

Tell us. Fit matters enormously in counselling. We'll re-match you at no cost. This is your work; your comfort with your counsellor is part of what makes the work possible.

Head to the booking page, pick a time, and share a short note about what you'd like to talk about. Your counsellor sees only what you write and prepares accordingly.
